The situation


More and more retail parking areas are become ticketless in order to ensure better traffic flow and to minimise congestion created by non-retail customers (usually commuters). Changing established customer patterns of behaviour is challenging and to be successful, must be well planned and executed.

The challenge


Working from a set of foundation documents, Pragma worked closely with Vicinity to define the final scope, design, test and validate the wayfinding requirements for their Car Park upgrade.

The solution

We supplied and installed all signage which included statutory, identification and wayfinding. Our flexible can-do attitude meant that we successfully balanced our client’s short-term immediate requirements which minimised customer interruptions. We were innovative in our approach in order to fulfil client budget expectations without compromising the final project solution.
