The situation

Retailing is going through a time of transformation. Customers expect shopping centres to provide a certain standard of appearance, convenience and experience all the time. This applies to destination environments such as Chadstone however also applies to local shopping precincts which are filling a very important gap for consumers.

The challenge

Pragma understand retail and our client asked us to work from an architectural blueprint to bring to life signage and wayfinding for their shopping centre development. Pragma was required to balance design intent, statutory compliance requirements, and client budgetary requirements to achieve a high standard signage and wayfinding experience.

The solution

The end product is a bold and timeless signage solution. It complements the site architecture by being considered without being overbearing. It provides a consistent customer experience throughout the shopping centre.

Pragma also worked with specific tenancies to achieve an ‘on brand’ solution on par to established national brands and which met our client’s high branding standards.
